June 3rd, Hurricane Ridge, Olympic National Park

June 3rd, Hurricane Ridge, Olympic National Park
We had an easy day just driving up to Port Angeles and then going up to Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park. The ridge is a mile up from sea level and has a nice view of the Olympic range.  We literally drove through the clouds on our way up.  We broke out into sunshine at the top just before the ridge viewing center. We ended the day with another nice dinner with  Elaine's cousin John and his wife, Barbara.  Lots of good conversations.
 Hurricane Ridge in the background.

Trying out my new selfie stick that I bought for $1 in Dollar General.
Saw this interesting hamburger statue on our way back from Port Angeles
Some interesting totem poles in front of one of the casinos.
